"It will be better if it has free WI-FI in the room."

The price of the hotel is high.But I can't understand there is no free WI-FI in the room.Even there is no free WI-FI in the lobby. It is so inconvenient for the travelers.And the design of the shower is so poor.After you take a shower,the floor of the bathroom is so wet.Otherwise ,it's good.

"Good time"

The hotel was very clean and cosy with very comfortable bed.The staff very helpful and friendly.A bit far from city centre but the trams are going very often so no problem.I would recommend this hotel if you want to relax in quiet place

"Nice Place to stay but a bit out of the way"

The Hotel was perfect. Quite far out of town but a lovely walk through the Manhatten Village style neighbourhood, through the main park, down the Fashion streets into town. Good healthy walking although wish they supplied free bikes or tram travel cards for the price paid.Otherwise, very nice hotel and rooms. People where lovely

"The hotel was nice"

Pros: The hotel was nice
Cons: No one advised us that the hotel breakfast was not included. we know that supposed to be our task to check, but the staff had to ask before you go for breakfast. we had to pay more is there spoiled the holiday. in the website was no clear that we had to pay even more goverment tax, changing everyday depending of the cost of the room each day.

"Professional, friendly and helpful staff"

Pros: Professional, friendly and helpful staff. we were offered an upgrade from a deluxe room to an executive room and were very happy with the quality of our surrounds. the hotel is located in a quieter district of amsterdam but is close to some delicious restaurants and upmarket shops. the town centre is just a tram ride away. as we were on our way back home after a long overseas holiday, the quieter, attractive surrounds were just what we needed.

Cons: Rooms, especially the executive suites, are very outdated and very small as compared to other hotels for the same price. the original suite we were put in had no windows for fresh air and the only other executive suite options, were all of a standard room size. all rooms in general are very outdated.
