 "Quiet location in Amsterdam"
A great location just beside the Rijksmuseum in a quiet street. Tram and bus stop at end of street for city centre and airport. Clean hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms average size for central Amsterdam; clean and comfortable. Nice bar and lounge areas plus small garden at rear. Will stay here again.

 "Enjoyable stay"
The most comfortable bed ever! Smallish room (for 4star) but containing everything you would need plus a good bathroom. Dearish breakfast but abundant and generous. Staff pleasant. Very conveniently situated - we were able to flop on our bed a few minutes after finishing a marathon stint at the Rijksmuseum.

 "Review"
It is a nice quiet hotel. Small rooms with all you need for staying a couple of nights.Good service and good breakfast. It was a bit disapointing to pay for using the sparoom. We ordered this hotel because they had a spa, and felt we paid more when ordering.

 "Nice stay"
The hotel facilities were very good for sleeping and staying. The breakfast was very expensive so we did not have breakfast. A small disadvantage during the stay.Using as a pure sleeping and washing location was very good

 "Comment"
The first room was small and not at all up to standard, we changed rooms and were more than happy with the second room. Location near trams and buses etc - excellent.Breakfast was excellent and not rushed, the dining staff were highly efficient, courteous and effective.

"The staff were very helpful and pleasant"
Pros: The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Cons: The standard double room is very small, everything you needed was there but floor space was minimal. the on-suite was tiny. when i mentioned the size of the room with the reception staff the reply was that "i should have booked a superior room which is much bigger". if the standard room had been bigger i would have felt that the cost per night was reasonable, as it is i came away feeling that i had paid quite a lot of money for the use of a very posh cupboard.
