Staff friendly. hotel spotlessly clean
Lack of little extras eg bath robes, limited toiletries. we found the hotel quite expensive when breakfast price was added when compared to similar hotels in other european cities

Thee hotel was very clean and comfortable, though the standard room was slightly small. bilderberg is a very central hotel situated in the fashion and museum district enabling you to explore amsterdam on foot. i would reccomend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The hotel was a good standard, quiet and in a lovely location on a tree-lined street two minutes walk from the nearest tram line and a number of museums. the rooms were of a reasonable size with good facilities and very clean. the hotel staff were very helpful giving information on trams, bike rental and local attractions. we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is just a 5 min walk to liedsplein, which is perfect for eating out at night, it is also the start of the shopping strip. the staff were very helpful, providing us with a map as soon as we arrived, pointing out main attractions and telling us which tram lines we were to get. they sell museum tickets at the desk so that you don't have to queue which is very handy. would definatly go here again.

Very quiet, particularly at night; location was very central; room was clean as was bathroom
I don't like cushions and throws on beds - covers on these are not changed between guests and consequently are not hygienic.

Very safe, attractive neighborhood. excellent location; near transportation, major museums, and restaurants/entertainment. staff were pleasant and helpful. i also liked that there was an elevator (lift) and our room had air conditioning.
I did not like that internet was .35 cents per minute or 22 euros per day. i think internet, even if just in the lobby area, should be free for guests.
