The staff were very helpful and friendly. the rooms nice and clean. a short distance from places to eat and an easy tram ride to everywhere else.The only problem we had was that there was alot of noise early in the morning coming from outside. i think it was due to unloading and a bit of work going on.Anonymous

This is a very good hotel, quite clean, competitively priced. it includes an in room coffee/tea maker, which is a feature i look for. the location is excellent in terms of proximity to the concertgebouw, where i was working during this stay.The housekeeping staff was a little lax in how they replenished the coffee/tea. each day, my wife had to go to the lobby to get tea, coffee and/or milk for the in room service.MEIKLE

Bılderberg jan luyken hotel is what it promises on the internet. i can comfortably say taht it is better than what it promıses in terms of location and the friendly and helpful approaches of the hotel staff. i will definetely come back to your hotel if i come to amsterdam again.
