Nice location close but not Right in city centre.. Nice room too Staff friendly enough.. Bit of a funny smell coming fron the sink plughole thats the only negative hahaha >:o

Very helpful staff, location easy for transport links to the city and airport. room was ok, needed a good dust but bed, shower etc was clean and comfortable... good place to crash after a night and day out.

Room was described with equipment like TV and minibar, both was missing. Hotel is suited very well approximately to shops such as Louis Vuitton. We felt very secure and the center wasn´t far away. For Amsterdam the price quality ratio was acceptable.

Pros: Nice cosey hotel, we stayed in the attick room, very special. the person who checked us in, was very kind.
Cons: No tea or coffee facilities, no roomservice. the restaurant was already closed at 18.00 pm.

Pros: A lovely hotel in a quiet, affluent shopping district in amsterdam. the standard street view room was small, but ample with the design & layout has been carefully constructed to maximise space. modern and premium finishes provide a chic feel and a very appealing, yet comfortable stay.

Cons: Just had a power failure in room first night. due to lack of staff had to wait till morning to get it fixed.

Pros: Manager of hotel & restaurant was excellent went the extra mile to serve. restaurant was very good. in great area - rodeo drive of amsterdam.

Cons: Both times at reception there was no one there, i had to leave the room key on the desk.

Pros: Nice looking room. very comfortable bed. good location right in the heart of the shopping areas with good restraunts minuits walk away. tram stop 2 min walk round the corner- tram 3 min to dam square/ 5 min to central station or a 25 min walk.
Cons: Bit over priced for what you get. room looked nice but was starting to show signs of neglect with things like windows and blinds not opening / closing properly. not a huge deal, but we were staying on the first floor at the front of the hotel on the main street so it was noisy to the point it was hard to get to sleep. would advise asking for a room round the back, or at least staying on the second floor or above.

Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the hotel was very pleasant. clean and contemprary decoration.

Pros: room was ok, bit worn but nice enough.
Cons: The actual room was fine but the reception "area" was awful, a room looking more like a office space, stuff all over the floor, rude receptionist. you would not know you were entering a hotel. i was very disappointed having seen the picture on the website. it was not what i was expecting at all. everything starting to look at bit worn. room facilities very basic - no mini bar as stated in room guide, no tea&coffee facilities. good if you just need a bed for the night. probably a good business hotel. not for a romantic weekend!
