Breakfast was crap, we were put in a room with a double bed and single duvet cover no room to move about could hardly open the door and had to climb over the sink to get out, walls were paper thing.

Bed bugs in the beds

There were rats / mice on the premises.very expensive for a very poor hotel i would not recomend this hotel to any other person.

Very basic breakfast

One of the staff was really unhelpful. the light in our room went out and needed a new bulb. however, the man at the desk was reluctant to help us fix our light bulb as he was too busy watching porn! also, the same guy was very unhelpful when we tried to rent out bikes from the hotel. one bike was broken and he refused to fix it, but still put up a fight to give us our money back. we had to go over the road to 'yellow bikes'.

I was bitten by bed bugs

The shared bathroom was worse than any public convenience that i have ever used, it was absolutely disgusting.

Room was disgusting did not get cleaned once, breakfast was a load of shit (1 egg and a bit of bread) and i'm pretty sure a very expensive watch was stolen from my room. avoid avoid avoid! spend a bit more money and get somewhere nice.

The hotels credit card machine was broken and they only accepted cash. this used up most of our money which cost us more to withdraw. a notice in the room said they don't accept credit cards anyway. when we needed to use the internet to use banking online, their internet was also broken and we were not allowed to use their computer behind reception.

The staff were not very friendly, although i judge this on one particular altercation with them. the lady who looked after reception at night told me off for not having listened to the lady that morning about how i needed to change rooms. i replied that i did not know we had to change rooms, noone had mentioned anything to us. in response she told me it was therefore "a mistake on your behalf" and not to bother changing rooms now. also, when i called from london to confirm our reservation i was told i could pay using amex, however when i got to the hotel i was told this was not the case and i had to pay cash.

there was a mouse in the room room small no internet facilites

The hotel had no knowledge of our booking. on the first day we arrived someone had gone to the toilet in the shower recess (excrement) and that stayed there for the entire 3 days of our stay, which meant the shower on our floor was unusable. we would have left but were made to pay in advance and were told we could not get a refund.
