Pros: The hotel is so close to the train and bus terminals that we didn't have to move the car one time while there to visit every site we wanted to see.
Cons: Reserved two double rooms upon arrival only had one room available. was told they couldn't build another roomso what did i expect them to do about it.

Pros: Good location for visiting the city. hotel is situated right alongside the metro station.clean basic hotel ideal for 1 or 2 nights
Cons: On the first night we returned @ 11.30 to find that the door was locked. despite a guest attempting to open the door, we could not gain admittance until the night porter arrived back at reception some 15 minutes later. this is something that we have experienced before at a campanile hotel. once in normandy we had to climb over a fence to gain access as the gate was locked. it is something that needs sorting out with pass card/ keys

 "Comfortable bed, good shower, nice breakfast"
Pros: Comfortable bed, good shower, nice breakfast. location is excellent being near the metro and bus stops. quite handy for the ajax arena.
Cons: Fire procedures in small print and difficult to read being in unlit area behind the door. particularly annoying when the alarm sounded at 1.30am and there was no announcement or instruction on possible evacuation!
