Fun hotelThey had a problem with their air conditioning and i fell seriously ill with a flu/cold. ice cold wind was blowing onto the bed all night and the member of staff could not turn up the heat nor turn of the wind. for this reason i can not recommend it to anyone.Anonymous

The hotel staff was very helpful, hotel was very clean and modern lots of cool art, and very close to tram line to take you to central amsterdam. the room set up is great for couples awsome room light and giant bed!Anonymous

Excellent all round and we would certainly use you on our future travels. very clever use of space, loved the mood lighting and the rain shower. hotel staff were always very friendly and attentive. your beds were so comfortable we couldn't get up in the morning and we would dearly love to know where you get your pillows from, best night's sleep ever...No bad experiences at allAnonymous

It's clean and cool, with a new and contemporary design. free movies/internet access is great! the "moodpad" remote for the lights and window blinds is fun. bathroom facilities are very good too. hotel is right next to the route 5 tram stop, a 10 minute ride to the centre. i would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others. The canteen is a little overpriced...but who eats in hotels anyway?! thomson

Great location, 5 minute walk from airport train and 1 minute walk from tram that took 15 mins to dam square. hotel was peaceful, and the staff were friendly and efficient. the room was comfortable, and had the highest quality fittings of any hotel i have visited. The shower flooded the room once.Anonymous

Room was really nice! very high tech. maids were very nice and the bed was the most comfortable i have ever slept in! black out blind great too!The clear shower was rather embarrassing since i was sharing with a friend and also it leaked all over room! the 24 hour canteen is good idea but very expensive! breakfast was expensive too and rubbish! would be better to have cooked breakfast available. more information needed of where the hotel actually is from zuid station. its not far away but we couldnt find it and had to ask someone!Anonymous
