Great location but there was a lot of noise early every morning because of the work being done on the square outside

The staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and the hotel in very good location, at night time outside a little bit noisy because of the pubs and night clubsYes we have to shear the toilet and shower with one more room, and we received this information after we booked a hotel, Anonymous

It's in a perfect location if you are there to party, the beds are surpisingly comfortable and the 24hr service is very good. Two bad things, 1 our hot tap in our shower didn't work so it was cold showers all round, however we did not inform the staff so its not like they ignored us. and 2 we had some neighbours who kept complainig but guess it was cause we were being loud at early times in the morning.Anonymous

The owner and the staff members were wonderful - really, really lovely and so nice and helpful.Our room was right above a nightclub, so we could hear the beat of the music most of the night. being pregnant - i didn't care as i can sleep anywhere, but anyone who wanted an early night probably wouldn't get it in that particular room.Borland

We really enjoyed are stay at city hotel utrechtsestraat, the staff were really friendly and the service was good, the rooms were clean, tidy and warm. i would be happy to stay here again.I didnt think the breakfast was up to much i would rather keep my 5 euro and eat out.Sharpe
