How to reach the City Hotel?1) From SCHIPHOL AIRPORT: Every 20 minutes there is a train running from the Airport to Central Station. When you arrive at the airport and you reach the central hall there is a big sign with the train information. The trains to the Central station are running from 05:40 AM to 00:30 AM (go to step 2)
2) From CENTRAL STATION: You dont have take the tram, you can walk to the hotel +/- 5 min. the trams in Amsterdam are running normaly from: 07:00 AM to 01:00 AM

The location was excellent, and it seemed to be a good value for the price. the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. the view from our room was great.The rooms need to be updated. there were burn holes in the carpet, chairs and blankets. Jule

Great location, decent breakfast,luggage room for early arrivals and 24hr reception.Bedding could be cleaner,blankets and old throws but clean sheets n towels,rooms could do with lick of paint,but only 2* so suppose you get what you pay for.Anonymous

location from central station good.not far too walk too damark street.staff @ hotel friendly. the room i was in looked tired.a coat of paint would make a difference.
