We were given a too small, almost claustrophobic, room. our friends also got a small triple room, just below the roof, which was quite dirty and which had the toilet in the corridor.Anonymous

The only positive is its location. also they let me check in before 2:00pm, since the room was ready.Room right on dam street, extremely noisy, single pane windows, one of which would not close all the way, musty, stale room odor, smelling of tabacco. McKenzie

Very clean, comfy double, 24 hour reception, very, very close to centre of amsterdamRoom wasnt ready when we checke in at 4pm, wasn't a prob as we went out, housekeeping staff just come straight in your room to service it even if you are still in bed around 8am!! could have been better selection at breakfast as no toast or anything, other than cornflakes! rooms all in desperate need of referbishment, paint, new furnishings, for price of stay!Anonymous
