The location was brilliant, the room was clean and we got fresh towels whilst there. staff spoke excellent english, they let us leave luggage there til we could check in
There was no food available apart from a pringles machine! the view was appalling, it wasn't value for money in that there was no double bed - just 2 singles, the wardrobe was tiny, the staff weren't very pleasant or polite, we didn't want to be there when we weren't sightseeing, we avoided the place until we needed to sleep n got out quick in the morning. clean but small rooms.oneill

Excellent location right in the heart of amsterdam and just a 10 min walk from the station. clean bedding and bathroom. nice friendly staff. they allowed us to store our bags before check-in and for the whole day after we had checked out at no extra charge. Carpets need replacing throughout. i couldn’t even stand on them without something on my feet as they were so tatty and dirty looking. although the bathroom facilities were clean ours did have water all over the floor which wasn’t fixed during our stay even though it was reported.Ryder

Very central. room was ready earlier than expectedRoom was tiny. getting to our room was a mission (had to go up two flights of stairs, through a corridor, down some stairs and up in the elevator). couldnt close the window so noise from the street was too loud. there were no facilities to speak of. very, very, very overpricedgroves

The hotel is in a great location near central station and allows easy access to all forms of transportation around the city. was also good to have free wireless.The hotel rooms are really tiny and quite expensive for what you are actually getting. FLETCHER
