1 star hotel at best. Rates are way too expensive. Room was small and dirty for the money. Location is the only good thing about the hotel.

"Excellent Location..."
We changed our booking on easytobook just before our trip, with no issues at all.Saw a few bad reviews but as price was key we took the 'risk'. Very pleased we did as this hotel was great for what we needed. On booking it stated if you would like a room with a view just ask (so we did) the Hotel has an amazing view of Damrak & from our room we could see all the way to the end (great for our friend who had never been before!). We did have a little issue with finding Reception but asked a member of staff & were advised it was next door. The lady on Reception was lovely, very friendly & advised us to call back as we were slightly early, on calling back several hours later she remembered us instantly, which made everything a lot easier. We booked a triple room with private bathroom. Bathroom was nice, clean & tidy, with maid service & fresh towels daily. Shower was a little temperamental but fine & did the job fine...All in all we would recommend this Hotel, location was excellent, staff friendly & clean & tidy.

"weekend of pleasure"
Just the place to get your head down and wash and change before going out. Value for money and kept clean. all you need for a stay in party town and well situated in the Dam rack, one of the main streets in Amsterdam just off of Dam square and the red light district.
