friendly receptionThere were bedbugs (!) in our beds and on the walls.

Great location,clean. food was very nice with a 10% discount for stayin in hotel. we asked for an extra hour in our room at check out due to our late flight and it wasn't a problem. smoking in the room allowed at the window, coffee shop round the corner ;) chip shop next door. Nothing. SHQIPONJA

Was very disappointed in the room we got comparing to the ones we seen on website. When i complained bout noise of people makn was just ignored by hotel receptionist, noise went on to 4.30 in the morning and no one in hotel staff did anything bout it. we stayd 4 nites but only got sleepin 1 of them.Anonymous

Friendly receptionists & nice breakfast although the same each day.The 1st room we had was horrendous so we were moved the 4th floor room was nice but both my friend & i received bites to the face/ body which were most uncomfortable & itchy, we had to find a pharmacy out there. since being home my doctor informed me it was most likely caused by bed bugs/ flea's! urgh! still have scars from this now. Anonymous
