 "Needs reonovation. Good location. Mouse in our room."
Don't you ever bring food in your room mice we'll visit you....! We were lucky to have our own towels and sheets... The staff was ok.. but not perfect. You will be asked to give extra money for taxes and a deposit of 25 euros just in case...! I wouldn't choose this hotel if it hadn't been the location!

 "ok"
A cheap hotel, clean for sure which is the most important thing. I had a single bed which was small of course but the room was clean, so good. It is a buget hotel close to the station but not somewhere to take your partner to impress them, probably ok for the lads weekend.

 "Rat in our room!...BUT perfect location!"
Me and 2 friends stayed here...perfectly located in dam square! 2mins walk from central station! Few doors down from sex museum and 5min walk to red light!Rooms were basic which didnt matter because your barely in it! BUT there was a rat in our room!!!!! Not happy about that!

 "Not bad but could be better"
The first room we have got was a mass: broken shower head, broken toilete, no wifi in the room (even that the booking said there is wifi in the rooms), very dark (not a good lighting in the room) but nice view.The second room was a lot better. still could be better: better light, more effective shower.The location was great, right in the heart of Amsterdam.

 "Delta hotel review"
In a great location, relatively clean. Watch out for the 'taxation charge' in the extremely small print at arrival and no warning of a 20euro deposit.Do not leave money in your room/ the safe as all our cash was taken (clearly a member of staff as the door was locked and there are metal bars across the window preventing entry), the 'breakfast' was a loaf of bread and one tub of scrambled eggs- barely worth getting out of bed for at 7:30 to fight over the loaf.The beds were comfortable, a good quality tv installed but the bathroom was shabby- not even a shower curtain, just an extendable tap on a wall next to the toilet, the room floods after a good /ten minutes.

 "Girly trip to Dam"
This was my 3rd stay at Delta Hotel. It is ideally located and we had an amazing time. The place could do with a lick of paint as looking a bit dated but we had no problems and the staff were very friendly.

 "mid week break"
when we arrived the check in was poor took for ages and lost almost an hour there was only 8 rooms booked but the guy on reception was to slow for my liking and kept everyone waiting till the end instead of letting us go once he had that room sorted

 "Good location but noisy"
Firstly, I was greeted very well by the receptionist. Transaction were fast and clear. He took his time to explain everything in detail. Rooms are very small. The bed was placed into a room where it would fit only two of them. Bathroom was bigger. Everything promised was there (TV, telephone, hairdryer, hot-water etc.). Nevertheless, people kept going in and out on the floor which you could hear clearly, making me hard to sleep. For a nnight or max 2, it's ok to stay at this hotel.

Was better than most in Amsterdam in an excellent location. Was clean spacious enjoyed it loads!!!! Key system works a treat. There was no maid service but not to be expected if your in the dam!

Cons: There was no hot water each morning when we was there, the room was freezing cold and was quite an unpleasant stay. i have stayed there a few times now and wouldn't stay there again, i will be emailing the delta direct as i want a partial refund

 "Great staff"
Pros: Great staff. the check-in clerk took the time to thoroughly walk us through all of the possibilities for dinner and entertainment in the neighborhood. she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and provided a great introduction to amsterdam.
Cons: The room was, without comparison, the worst i've ever stayed in. the toilet was experiencing some sort of sewage gas backup, with putrid little bubbles popping up every few seconds and perfuming the room with a terrible smell. to say the carpets were stained and greasy would be inaccurate, as it would imply there were areas of the carpet that were not covered in grime. finally, there was what sounded like an entire colony of rats happily at work and play in the ceiling above the room. their scratchings and little squeaks were clearly audible and served to keep me awake and my girlfriend in a prolonged state of agitation.

Pros: This is 5th time i've stayed here, booking each time through easytobook. i have nothing but good things to say, friendly staff, great breakfast, decent sized, clean smoking rooms. no restraints with regards to the hotel reception closing, you can come and go as you please. located on damrak, close to bars, restaurants, dam square, and adjacent to red light district/coffeeshops. will be returning before end of the year.

Pros: Its was very close to all the atractions of amsterdam city
Cons: There wasnt enough towels for 3 adults and we ran out of toilet roll within 1st 2 hours of been in the room (only one roll provided) no coat hangers in the wardrobe to hang our clothes
