Pros: I stayed at the hotel in october 2011 for one night while i was on the p&o mini cruise from hull. i was amazed with how nice the hotel was and the little touches they do to make it nice like shower gels and sweets etc.. the staff even let me play the piano in reception which was a laugh. staff very friendly and helpful. location could not of been better, it is on a street behind dam square. close to loads of entertainment, bars and coffee shops. this hotel could not have been any better.

Pros: On arrival the reception staff couldn't have done more to speed us through the check-in process. they answered any questions quickly and most informatively. the room was spacious and well appointed. the location of the hotel was ideal, right in the heart of the city, close to the train station, but just far enough back not to be disturbed by revellers. all in all 10/10 and, if we go back, we will book this hotel.
