Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. clean bathroom and good shower. fortunately the hotel had rooms available at the rear, as i imagine that the nighttime noise from dam street below would have been quite disruptive at the weekend.Whilst clean, the single room i stayed in was extremely small and the decor very dated. that said, for a hotel at that price in the heart of amsterdam one could not expect much more. it was certainly adequate for my needs.Mr. Andy Koufos

Staff very helpful,especially the receptionist he gave us a lot of information about amsterdam and interesting places to go, breakfast was very good,rooms were clean.location just perfect..only one minute away from damsquare!It's not something big,just a funny thing about the mirror in the bathroom..it was placed very high..i could only see my forehead (or maybe because i'm short)Anonymous

Very central and convenient to most things. easy to walk around or pick up a tram. happily used the restaurant attached to the hotel, but lots of eating places near by.Room was small for 3 people. no hair dryer. or coffee making facilities.Improgo

Staff are generally quite helpful but was not well trained to handle issues like wireless internet access problem (especially when they provide it to hotel guests as part of the package) hence when there's access problem, guest will feel frustrated. staff even recommended to buy the 15-coupon travel tix which is cheaper.The breakfast is 'very basic' & the wireless internet access problem.
