Excellent location, pleasant staff, nice rooms.Breakfast very dissapointing for a hotel of this grade and i would not recommend that you pay the extra 17 euros for it.Anonymous

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, room was cleaned to an excellent standard, facilities were great, but most of all the location was perfect - right by a lovely canal and on one of the main squares, but couldn't hear anything!! we didn't get to use the sauna, but had a look and it looked great!N/aMoore

I enjoyed the location and the building itself - the staff in the bar were very pleasant and helpful.I choe the hotel due to the fitness facilities so was very disappointed to find that the gym was out of action for 5 weeks - i brought this up with the reception staff who were rather dismissive - i expect more from a 4 star hotel. this should be detailed on the website re booking dates as it is out of action for 5 weeks.Mrs S Houghton
