We had a twin room but the room was so small you had to push the beds to the wall to get a gap between them :( Staff were really helpful and the rooms were clean.

Hotel was nice and in a good location near the Ledisplein. Carpets in bedroom let it down badly as they are stained and need replacing. TV in room didn't work but was fixed on reprting it at reception. All staff we came in contact with were pleasant. Would go back to this hotel again.

A nice hotel, pretty basic but clean...no tea or coffee in the actual rooms but there is free coffee machine in the foyer. Its a non smoking hotel too which for some Amsterdam visitors, will be a downside, for others...no problem. Would I stay here again...probably. I would give this hotel 7 out of 10.

This hotel was fine for our 2 night stay, it was a hand location for bars and restaurants. The tram stop just a 5 minute walk. The staff were mainly helpful, the room was quite small but this was expected for the cost & location.

Great location - staff very freindly. They are NOT joking about the carpets - they are pretty grim. As in - dont want to take your shoes off grim!Pillows pretty pants too! Pros: Good location, with the centre on walking distance
Cons: This was a very disappointing stay. when we arrived someone had been sick on the front door of the hotel (great first impression), whilst this can happen it took housekeeping about 20 minutes to come and clean it. the receptionist was friendly, but in my view did not look very presentable. check-in is at 3pm (which is fair) but on a city trip you expect guests to check in earlier and leave their luggage. whilst there is a space to leave luggage, we had to put it in and take it out ourselves, the luggage room closes, but everyone with luggage has access to it. we were then told that we should not leave any valuables and that we leave the luggage there at our own risk. i think this is unacceptable in a city centre hotel; this should be a secured facility. the hotel room was small, with view over the very unattractive back area of the hotel. i asked for a double bed, but we got a room with two singles next to each other. this would have been fine, but the beds were on wheels and kept rolling apart from each other. the bathroom is small, with a cracked sink and an unforgivable dirty shower curtain (i did not shower for this reason). towels are hanging above the toilet, which i think is not very hygienic. i would not return to this eden hotel, i have stayed in several and this was by far not the eden experience i was expecting and got accustomed to.

Pros: Hotel was walking distance for all tourist attractions. had free internet which was good, also free tea and coffee 24/7. would defo visit again but in summer. was to cold in march.
Cons: We booked a double room but were only left one bath towel. every morning we had to ask for another one. which was more anoying than anything.

Pros: Great hotel, right next to leidseplein. lift!
Cons: Bed was a bit squidgy, right next to main road so a bit of noise but windows were well soundproofed so wasn't too bad
