 "a short city break with my daughter"
Nice hotel, well situated and easy access to the city center by many trams! Personnel was very efficient. Breakfast nice variety of all good things;Parking extremely expensive in Amsterdam! Public transport is expensive as well so suggestion to buy a 24hrs card.

Early morning arrival, hotel stored luggage until rooms were available. Bathroom design is for beauty, not practicality. Room was immaculate upon arrival but cleaning service not so great during stay.

 "Just a minor complaint"
Very good hotel for its first year. Staff were good. But we made one small complaint which was not put right. which i would have seen as a safety hazard ( ie the soap container leaked in the bathroom )

 "Brilliant Hotel"
Great affordable hotel i have stayed there twice now and it was a pleasure both times.The rooms are great very modern, the bed was really comfortable also the shower was very good.The only thing that was not so good is the choice of tv channels and the areial was not the best.But overall it is a great place to stay while you are in Amsterdam.

 "Interesting decor"
We stayed here one night and were pleased with the look and cleanliness of the hotel. It is not centrally located, you'll need to take a 10 minute bus ride to get into central Amsterdam but if this is the area that you want, you should be pleased.

 "Great Stay"
Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband. Very easy to get to, number 9 tram leaves outside centraal station and takes you almost to the door. Staff were helpful and rooms very nice. Would stay again.

Pros: The hotel has nice atmosphere; modern rooms. and it is very safety and near bus, trams, supermarket.
Cons: Mini bar services should be devoloped. i would like double bed. but they gave me 2 single beds.

 "Really clean hotel, concierge was very helpful"
Pros: Really clean hotel, concierge was very helpful. all in all a very good experience.
Cons: The only very slight issues we had was one day we were not given any towels by room service but as soon as we called they rectified this immediately and the room service breakfast we ordered wasn't very hot but again when we mentioned this they took off the room service charge. that is actually the only two very small negative things i can think of!!!!

 "The tandem bicycle was great"
Pros: The tandem bicycle was great. the staff we're very helpful and easy to speak to. good location, in a nice part of amsterdam. slightly away from where the bars and nightlife is, but this was a good thing tbh. the city centre is small and trams were very easy to find. at the end of the night a 12 euro taxi from leidsplein home was fine. beware cab drivers stand in big, quite intimidating groups and tried to charge 40 euros. ridiculous, the hotel is like a 10 minute drive from anywhere you will find yourself after a night out and there are so many cabs around just go to them.
bed was really comfortable, the room was cleaned while we were away.

Pros: The room was spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. we were very lucky to receive the one room that is sponsored by the local micro brewery. therefore, our refrigerator was stocked with free beer every day! we had a wonderful meal at the restaurant located in the hotel. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. although the hotel is not located in the city center, the neighborhood is safe and the tram stop is a 3 minute walk.
