I loved the location and i felt it was a very clean and enjoyable expereince. the staff were pleasant and we were upgraded which was great.

The reception staff and concierge were very very helpful. the breakfast was also very good.Our room was dirty. the toilet was dirty, there were hairs in the bath and the carpet was badly stained. the toilets in the reception area were disgusting.Field

Really good, centrally located, modern hotel. all the facilities you could need. i booked for a mixed group of 17 and was concerned about reviews commenting that the room sizes were small and only allocated on arrival but it was fine. i would definitely go there again. good value for money.WOODHOUSE

Fab location, near to bars and clubs but not noisey. walking distance to red light district and markets etc. they let us check in at 10.00 in the morning. very helpful front man. we have already booked to come back at xmas. Nothing!Anonymous

The hotel staff are really friendly. the location is very strategic.The room was nice but a little bit too small.during my reservation through easytobook.com, i had the impression that the room's size is okay and comfortable. however, when i checked in to the room, i was kind of dissappointed. it was not as showed in the website photo.Anonymous

Lovely hotel in good areaNo tea of coffee making in room and asked for extra pillow that never arrived. when i rang reception they said they would see if they had one available? tv package was expenssive at 22.50 for 24 hours.
