How you can get to Hampshire Hotel - Rembrandt Square Amsterdam
1) From Schiphol Airport: Every 10 minutes a train runs from the airport to Amsterdam Central Station. When you arrive at the airport, go to the central hall; here is a big sign with the train information. The trains to the central station run from 05:40 AM to 00:30 AM (go to step 2).
2) From Amsterdam Central Station: You can take metro line 51, 53 or 54 from the station and get off at metro stop 'Waterlooplein'. From here it's just a 3-minute walk to the hotel. The metros in Amsterdam normally run from 07:00 AM to 01:00 AM.

Cons: Nothing negative.
Cons: It rained more than i would have liked for my birthday! not something you can expect the hotel to be able to correct.
Cons: This is our 4th year at the hotel and it is starting to look a little tired. we will probably not stay again until it is renevated.
Cons: Only thing we didnt like was the computer controlled fridge. we wanted to use the fridge to cool our own drinks but if you even move something inside the fridge you get billed for it.
Cons: Just the frosted glass around shower not private enough if staying with a family member eg; son or daughter.
Cons: The selection of free english tv channels summarized on bbc and eurosport

Cons: The room was dark and cold and we found a dirty cleaning rag on the floor in the room
Cons: Free wifi was great, however could be extended to the rooms like most places, rather than just the reception area.
Cons: Windows are all locked so no fresh air.
Cons: The fact that as soon as you open the door to the minibar you are charged even if you haven't eaten or drunk anything! it made it very difficult when we wanted to store our bottled water overnight! also there was no notice on the door to indicate which was the minibar and when closed all the doors looked the same and so we had an interesting time trying to sort out which one it was when were unpacking our clothes as to which door was safe to open!! however we were fortunate in opening the correct doors!! it was extremely frustrating and irritating!!
