We were told that since the hotel was full that we would get an upgrade. i don't consider a handicap room with a view of a roof top surrounded by buildings an upgrade.th e housekeeping was not good. coffee cups left unwashed or replaced, room was not cleaned as other hotels that we stayed at on our trip, at a much lesser price than this hotel.Conway

The hotel location was great, short walk to many places.The first impression of the room was good, bathroom was lovely. although it was very clean the carpet was very badly stained, and also the lower part of the walls were badly marked which spoilt it a bit. these parts certainly need looking into.Sully

The hotel is in a great location for exploring amsterdam. and most of the city attractions are within walking distance from here. the hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly as you would expect from 4* rating.Anonymous

Good location for exploing the cityAs a hotel resident i found it quite dificult to book tables in the restraunt, it was generally late evening and on saturday impossible. guests should be given precidence. there was a great deal of disturbance in the hotel bedroom corridors late at night, for this reason i would not use this hotel again.White
