Great concierge - very helpful and always had time for everyone - great front man. wonderful soft bed!!Room - could not squeeze to the other side of the bed without banging head on tv which was wall mounted - the bed was great but the overall design of the room made it very cramped - glad there was only me in my doube room!todd

The hotel is situation in a very lovely location, few minutes walk from the amstel canal and the tram stop. however, far enough from the hustle and bustle. the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel room was a bit small, however, enough space for a couple day and the shower has a small leakage. there was only one concierge staff at one time per shift, therefore you would have to wait for him to return ie. when dealing with guests luggage.Todd

Somewhat large rooms (for europe!), reception speaks english..but everyone in amsterdam speaks english, pleasant lookingWalls of our room were extremely dirty, as if stuff had been spilled down them, bathroom counter and sink did not look as if it had been clean, concierge was not always available and slightly rudeAnonymous

Location was great if you like to party, a little noisy if thats not your thing. room very clean.The hotel staff collectively, individually, any way you look at it were bad. right from check in to asking for extra toilet paper, the attitude was negative. few smiles would have made a much better stay!Anonymous

Nice location. close to all amenities. room was air conditioned and clean standard.Receptionist/concierge very unhelpful, but polite! lack of tourist informtion within the hotel.
