Located in Amsterdam zone 5700, public transport district 'centre'.
All kinds of (night)shops, the post office, 3 cash points, many restaurants and take-away restaurants, public-transport (metro, train, tram, (night) bus), and a bike rental are within 10 minutes walking distance.
How to reach
- Rembrandt Plein, 2,5 kilometre: 10 minutes by tram or by bike.
- Dam Square (red-light-district) or Leidse Plein, 3,8 kilometre: 15 minutes by tram or by bike.
Public transport runs 24 hours.
- From 05.30 am to 00.30 am tram + metro run to Central Station.
- From 01.00 am - 05.00 am night bus run to Central Station.
- From 05.45 am to 23.45 pm train Amstelstation to Schiphol ( € 3,50 one way )
- At Schiphol-airport are special CHEAP tickets available for a return by Train and 24 public-transport including the expensive nightbus.
The coffee-shop is 3 minutes walking distance from the apartments, inside the complex, where you can smoke your pot legally. Drugs of any kind are prohibited in the apartments. To legally be able to smoke pot, you must make use of one of the 5 neighboring coffee shops. You are not allowed to smoke in the rooms with beds or in front of the apartment.

The man who sorted our room out for us was very helpful and left us to our own devices. i would also like to point out how friendly as a whole the local people of amsterdam are. The hotel was only about a 15min tram ride away from central amsterdam but if u were unable to get the tram back at night and had to use other transport it could turn out to be a bit of a missionyosef

Even though our flights were delayed we received a very warm and helpful welcome from the housekeeper. the apartment suited us perfectly; the situation was peaceful, the apartment warm, the beds excellent and the kitchen had everything we needed. easy access to central amsterdam via tram or pleasant walking. we would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again.taylor

The room was fine, it was what we expected to see. the guy who helped us when we got to the apartment was also very helpful. it was also nice and peaceful. so not a bad place to stay.
People should be aware that you have to pay a key deposit by pay pal to be able to book the room, however this did not work for us as you can not pay by visa or mastercard, so we had major problems paying . our big problem was that the booking company did not help in anyway at all, we had to call amsterdam from the uk and talk to the apartment owner/manager and try and sort things out.....this was a real hassle. sorry but european apartments reservations as a reservation company were very very poor in helping us, they simply washed their hands of things. it was not until we got to the apartment that we knew that we had a bed for the night….this was very stressful. so a big thumbs down for “european apartments reservations”
so to sum up, nice place to stay, but i would never book with this company again!!

The room was clean and quietWe were told to have an apartement with a kitchen and two bedrooms, however we got two separate tiny rooms on different floors with shared bath and no kitchen. Anonymous

This place was great, from the moment we landed "we pre-booked the taxi they recommended" to the moment we left, we all had a great time. the person who met us at the appartment was really frendly and knew all the best places to go.

Only spent 6 hours in the rooms all weekend. too busy parting in dam square!
