The room need repair. Room charges should include free wi-fi. Display safety layout and brief customer on arrival. I pesonally like the breakfast services.

Receptionists very polite & helpful but NO PORTERAGE . Breakfast good & staff extremely efficient.Bedroom lacked dreawer / cupboard space.Radiator made noises all night although it was off.Ensuite hand basin had FOUR cracks & leaked onto the floor when plug put in.Hotel situation was convenient in as much as it is only about 15 minute walk from the centre, but the area is extemely run down.Hotel was probably fine about 10 years ago but seriously needs refurbishment.

Quite expensive, but good hotel, not too far from center, with good service. A little noisy due to poor quality windows.

Looks much better on the pictures....As well had to pay 2 for the Internet because I lost my activation code... 21 century things like that should be free.

Least: the bathroom did not seem to have been cleaned from previous guests.Do not choose this hotel if you are going to stay more than 1 night, might not bear it!Best: cheap deal, I paid a small price.

As Always I have a Nice relaxing Quiet time in this clean and warm hotel! The Price is Choice as Well! and the Breakfasts are amazing! Easy walk to flea market and amsterdam central. Easy To Book for sure! God Bless! Solo Scotland

service is good and friendly.the room is quite clean at the arrival, but they don't clean much if you stay for some days, anyway it's not a problem if you are clean by yourselves.location is perfect, near to everything!price is very low and the quality is good, if you don't have any particular request ;)

Pros: Clean and suitable for your needs for a short stay. staff very helpfull and friendly.
Cons: Unfortunatley, heating never worked on the first night of arriving. we were
on the first night of sleeping in the hotel, the heating wasn't working.they sorted it out next day, but i had to wear my coat in bed!! very very very cold!!!!!!

the service in this hotel was second to none the guys on reception were so friendly and couldnt do enough for youm nice clean rooms comfortable beds and good location would definitely stay again breakfast was good also really good value for money would recommend

Pros: Friendly staff, and particularly the ladies in the restaurant were very attentative. also the breakfast was fine.
Cons: Our room was not cleaned during the three days we stayed. only the towels were changed each day, which wasn't needed.
during the first night our neighbour came home and had a lengthy shower, which of course wasn't the hotel's fault as such, but we could clearly hear this.

Pros: The reception staff were very helpful, we arrived early and were able to leave our bags in a secure place while we went round amsterdam. they were also helpful in showing us directions

Pros: Hotel location is good for the casual amsterdam center visitor. nemo science museum is just few minutes walk from there.
Cons: Bed was dirty. heating was not enough. bathroom is really small. if you need to use the toilet you would need to sit diagonally on it.
