This hotel is located close to the train station and near many fun shops and restaurants.
Our room was in the basement, so no windows and damp feeling. breakfast was at the irish pub next door, but it was not great food and definately not worth fighting for plates, cups and the use of the toaster. felt like a free breakfast at a super 8. of all of the breakfast included places i have stayed in europe, this was easily the worst. that being said, the location was good and the room clean.

Clean sheets, towels, toilet and shower cubicle; quiet location, despite its central location; good sized room and wardrobe; comfortable bed; superb tv
Shabby decor, tatty furniture, botched repairwork, sloping floors, uncarpeted rooms, a refrigeration unit running outside the window; scary fire-escape, slightly unnerving elevator; bizarre breakfast arrangement in the dingy pub next door; wifi not working for two days (it's unreliable according to the hotel staff).

The lady at the check-in counter is very friendly and efficient in answering our questions.
If the store room could be a bit larger, it would habe been easier for me to get our own luggages at noon time which were deposited in the morning in the store room. many luggages were piled up one over others.

We booked this hotel, but upon arrival where told they had double booked and they sent us to another hotel where they had booked our room, i think this hotel was not as nice which is disapointing considering the price we paid.

Convenient location as it is just 5 mins walk to central station.
Room stayed in had no window. elevator was not working when we checked in so have to lug our bag up 2 floors up. as room was next to the staircase, it was quite noisy when others guests went up and down. the elevator was not working again during check out time so it was another trip down the stairs with our bags. when we asked the front desk they said it was because housekeeping have to use the elevator to bring down all the used linens - not a good thing for the guests.

The location is convenient.
The hotel hs a "run down" feel about it. the corridors and some of the rooms smell of smoke and dope. despite advertising to the cotrary it was not possible to pay by cc; 1. time there was apparantly no connection, the 2. time the machine was broken. is this the hotel policy? the hotel clark was neither worried about this, nor did he understand the guests frustration.
