Funky Chickin Amsterdam    

Ive been to amsterdam 10 times in the last 6 years, and stayed in various trypes of accomadation, i stayed at the golden tulip, the Grand Plaza, Hostels, and Apartments.This is by far the best place i have stayed at. It is smoker friendly, and in a great location, central to the whole of amsterdam. i will never stay anywhere else again, Thank you sonia for a wonderful stay!!

Pros: Great place to stay! really friendly staff, the owner came to meet us at the train station to show us the way! room was very clean and an incredible bargain. highly recommended!

Pros: We had a fantastic time in amsterdam for the second year running. it started on the happiest note when we were greeted by duke, one of the owners of the funky chikin. he was most helpful and always willing to help with anything we needed (including going out and buying us a toaster just for our holiday!)
the apartment itself had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable and pleasant to stay in.
it was wonderful to come back from a long days walk round amsterdam and be able to cook and relax at our leisure. it's what holidays are all about!

our stay at the funky chikin has been only a positive one, with very friendly owners who were understanding and always on hand to help with anything.

we will be coming back! we will be recommending to everyone we know too!

Pros: We recieved a warm welcome on arrival and were given tips about about the best places to visit and how to get there. the room was lovely, clean and comfortable and warm. we would definitely stay here again.

Pros: What a great place to stay in the heart of the dam. perfect location for all the attractions holland has to offer. brilliant host who is very helpful and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. i'll definatly be coming back to the funky chicken again.

Pros: The funky chickin was perfect for our purposes. we were a group of 6 who split into two rooms. the rooms were clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. lina who runs the place was very friendly and accomodating. i would recommend the funky chicken to anybody who is looking for good practical accomodation without a massive cost.
