2) From Amsterdam Central Station: You don't have to take the tram, you can walk to the hotel in approximately 5 minutes. The trams in Amsterdam normally run from: 07:00 AM to 01:00 AM.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. when we asked for directions, they wouldnt hesitate helping us. our rooms were also cleaned every morning. the heating was excellent, as we could adjust the temperature. great location as well. there was free internet too. we needed some tea bags and sugar late at night, and they didnt mind sending it to our room. overall i am very pleased with the hotel. would definitely stay here again!

All was fine except for the reason below
I didn't have a credit card so took my fathers card but was advised this was no good so i paid € 50.00 for deposit and also paid the €10.00 city tax.the next day took my debit card to the reception and left this as cover and got my €50.00 back and on my departure date they charge me €10.00 city tax again. when i got back to england they have debited my card £50.00 again i have been told i will get this back but in a few days

Hotel was easy to find, and the staff are very friendly, helped us book a half day tour to the windmills, and was very helpful to arrange the transport to pick us up at a nearby location.
The wireless internet was not accessible on our second day of stay.

Loved this hotel usually stay across the road but first time in inntel was great - excellent location with loads of restaurants, coffeshops and shops within a 2 min walk and 5 min walk from central station, dam rak and dam square, red light district, 2 min walk to nearest tram which will take u 2 leidensplein in 5 mins - room was very clean and new with nice bathroom, mini bar and cleaned every day - rooms average size but large by amsterdam standards. price was average too 500 for 3 nights plus city tax and 50 euro deposit which you got back when you checked out providing you had not raided the minibar! staff were very friendly and helpful requested an iron and was brought to the room within an hour. group of 5 of us and we all loved it and we are returning next year for our honeymoon and would recommend the hotel to anyone
Only negative was the phone in the room did not work but we did not need it so didnt complain

Fast email response from front of house when requesting directions to the hotel from centre rail station.info on hotel web site inadequate,but very detailed instructions sent to me by the hotel.nothing worse than pitching up in a srange city and not knowing which direction to take.full marks to the front of house staff.

Perfectly located in the city centre. plenty of bars and restaurants in the general area. very quiet area so we heard no noise at night.
