"Nice stay"

Nice hotel with good Tram (no. 12) connection to the center of Amsterdam. Tram no. 12 goes from sloterdijk station to hotel in only 2 stops. Clean and large rooms. Great breakfast buffet - good value for money.

"Don't expect anything special"

The hotel quality is not too bad and we were reasonably comfortable, but there were a few points that let it down. We requested a nice view and told we were getting one but we were put in a room with the view of a tower pumping pollution into the sky. Were asked several times to have the mini bar in our room refreshed as it was empty but they failed to do it. The hotel advertised 24 hour room service which was not the case at all, it finished at 10pm. The hotel provided slippers in the room but we were not given any even after asking several times. The location of the hotel made it a pain getting into the center. Had to get 2 trams both of which stopped running at midnight. The staff in the hotel were polite but none of the requests we made or problems we pointed out were acted on at all so this really let down the hotel.
