Cons: Windows don't open without a key - room too hot even with air con on maximum. expensive for what it is.
Cons: Lack of places to store / hang clothes, when arrived we found room with 2 single beds pushed together when a double room was book. however this was promptly corrected!

Cons: Very high price. i did not realized that mini bar full of beverage including sparkling wine is free-that means the prices are included in the room charge. but breakfast is not included, which seems to be not reasonable.
Cons: Staff where helpful enough, however they could have been a bit more direct with the customers in terms of explaining things.
Cons: Very disappointed with this hotel, especially for the price. our room was small, and wasn't cleaned well. the shower flooded the bathroom floor every time we had a shower. the staff weren't overly friendly. the hotel had a really dated, grubby feel to it. certainly not deserving of its 5* rating, nor worth the £200 a night i paid.
