The room was far too warm to be comfortable. the air-conditioning did not seem to work properly. this was reported to the staff but it did not make any difference. the hotel was very noisy with doors slamming etc in the night.Anonymous

Breakfast is very good and so is the staff. very helpful and accommodating. first they gave us a small room but as the ac was not working we were shifted to a much better and bigger room. Hotel not ideally located. quite far from the center and you need to be prepared to spend euro 4.5 each day to commute to the center. Wantens Illie

Since the upgrade, the hotel looks really nice. especially the bathrooms and the big shower heads :-)The cleaning room entered the room two times while we were still sleeping.marina coscia

The hotel is situated a short tram ride from the centre. its very clean and bright. we turned up with an extra guest and they managed to find us a room for 3 that was huge. plenty of choice at breakfast. cant fault it to be honest.I guess it could be difficult to park nearby, though we found a space quite quickly.Anonymous

Hotel is clean and pleasent. staff is nice and freindly. we could get the room before 2pm which was very nice. i liked that there was coffee in the room. breakfast is reasonable but dining romm a bit small. very good location. N/aAnonymous

The hotel was off the beaten track, in a quiet respectable area, with lots of posh shops nearby. the room was big and clean, with its own bathroom; the hotel had a lift and the breakfast was excellent. it is right opposite a tram stop served by 2 tramlines, and we found it useful to buy the 24 hour travel ticket to get us around town.NoAnonymous
