 "1 Nite in Amsterdam"
This is a nice, quiet hotel in a small neighbourhood, outskirts of town. However, train, bus and tram service is nearby within walking distance. Serves a great simple breakfast with excellent croissants.

 "november 2014"
I had a good experience with this hotel, the staff was always nice and ready to attend all the needs and it has a really good cleaning. But I think they should take care with some details in maintenance as the painting in the corridors, one of the lifts were very poor and small, and the door to my room was left 2 times open by the housekeepers, because there was a problem in the doorknob. Even though, it is a very nice place to stay in Amsterdam and I really recommend for everyone.

 "Awful "3" Star Hotel"
Despite paying for a supposedly 3 star hotel, I have a feeling we were palmed off with the 2 star hostel rooms. The towels had yellow stains, the tap in the bathroom sink was lose, the windows didn't completely shut because the locks were broken and the desk chair smelt as if someone had taken dump on it. To top it all off, when we got home, we realised we had been getting eaten by bed bugs. Oh, and the walk to the hotel from the tram 2 stop is incredibly uneasy as every night we came back from town, a group of junkies were milling around what looked to be a community centre just before the fire station.

I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT TAKE CHILDREN TO THIS HOTEL.

On a positive note, the food from the little resteraunt downstairs was great, especially the stone baked pizzas.

 "5 days staying"
Overall it was nice staying here.Room was clean and it is getting serviced everyday. It is value for money.
Downside there is restaurant which I find expensive but you can get nice food there.Supermarket is at walking distance so you can buy stuff there without much stressing your legs.
Downside: WIFI is weeker here, during my 5 days staying here I could not use WIFI.

 "Rude staff"
Rude staff at the reception, unwilling to help you
Bad quallity of food, do not try it. We even saw rats at the yard outside the front hall of the hotel. Of course there were exceptions, the room was cleaned everyday and the guy at the bar was a bit kinder compared to all the rest staff

 "a nice staying"
the sliding doords of the others room are too noisyit needs something to amortize. The kitchen is very good and the bar too. A good occasion to save money being satisfied. There are no fridge in the room. The transports connection is efficient and you can reach also the museums easy

 "Good place to stay"
Overall I found the hotel clean and tidy. The rooms were tidy. TV and wifi worked fine and the bed was very comfortable. The lifts were a bit old and a bit slow, but they worked fine. The staff were friendly and pleasant although there seemed to be too few of them.

 "Standard hotel"
We had no trouble with our booking, the room was a standard 2 bedroom room, the only issue was our toilet seat was broken but we didn't let it ruin our trip, we had a fantastic time, if you looking for just a place to sleep for a few nights west side inn is a good place to stay!

 "Expensive and decor crumbling"
For the location and cost this should have been much cheaper. Bar shut early most nights. Plaster falling off walls. No tea or coffee facilities in room. Toiletries consisted of a spoonful of shampoo. Not impressed!
