"Very friendly staff"
Pros: Very friendly staff. hotel looked promising from outside and from the style of the reception and bar. amsterdam is beautiful and the ductch are wonderfull people.
Cons: Rooms were not as clean as pictured, all rooms seemed to have poor quality. there were wires poorly kept and appear unsafe. the bedding was torn and we had dirty towels, we requested clean towels but they were also dirty and did not smell fresh and clean. i would not stay there again, which is a shame as the staff are friendly and full of good humour, alas the hotel is not up to scratch. there were also planks of wood nailed to the corners of the windows and a hole covered up by the carpet in the floor. amsterdam itself is wonderful but i strongly advise to pick hotel carefully.

Pros: The hotel allowed us a smoking room on the top floor.the room looked out onto a busy square that had excellent night life.great location for public transport
Cons: Stairs.so many stairs not good for a lot of luggage as no lift.

Pros: The staff cannot help you enough and are very friendly and the location of the hotel in amsterdam is excellent in order to see all the tourist areas
Cons: Very basic accomodation- alot more basic than advertised and also quite expensive for the level of accomodation

"Location ok"
Pros: Location ok
Cons: 75 euro + taxes for a room without breakfast is expensive.
it's even more expensive than london city !!!
