Location excellent. friendly staff.
The location is not particularly wonderful. i think that it is very expensive, especially with the euro/pound exchange rate being v.bad. why not do some special deals? we have to come back regularly and we think that we would reccommend others if it was cheaper.
make the details easier to get fromthe airport to hotel. very confusing working machines in central station.
there should be free coffee/tea in the rooms. theres a kettle but none of the other stuff. most hotels have this and in this competitive market, essential!Curtis

Knowledgable friendly staff. free internet. ability to use phone at a cost. wonderfully clean. quiet.very comfortable bed. nice decor. fresh air. perfect for just getting of a 21hr flight. Earlier check-in would have been nice as i landed at 7am, but couldn't access the room until 1pm. Anonymous

A small hotel on the outskirts of the centre. rooms were clean and well equipped, although a little on the small side. hotel was well located with excellent tram/metro links- about a 20 minute walk/ 5-10 minute tram ride to the museums and leidesplein. you get more than what you pay for.The staff are perfectly competent, but not overly friendly. rooms quite small, and walls a bit thin.LAZARIDOU

It was awesome, near to the center of amsterdam!!! very good choice to book allure!You had to ask for extra bath towels or toilet paper or bath shower gel !!!Anonymous

Fantastic hotel, pictures on the website do it no justice at all. rooms are decorated and kept to an extremly high standard, i was suprised how nice the hotel was due to the amount we paid for our weekend stay. i would definatly recommended and return to this hotel!!! Anonymous
