Cons: Absolutely tiny room and smallest bathroom i have seen in a hotel (no bath of course, only strange shower with no shower curtain).

Cons: We asked for the rooms we booked to be on the same floor. when we arrived they told us this was impossible because the superior room we had booked was on a different floor. they had every opportunity to communicate this to us beforehand but didnt. we had to complain to get rooms on the same floor, which was important as we had our children with us. as a result we ended up with an inferior room. this was a very bad start to our stay. they gave the excuse that it was because it was booked through your service and they only give a best efforts promise. this was very poor and left a not very good impression.

Cons: The room was very cold the heating was set at 28 degree's but it was cold air,i complained at the reception and was told the heating was fine would i like an extra blanket.
