Had a lovely few days in this hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing we thought it needed was coffee/tea facilities in the room. Also we visited a fantastic restaurant around the corner called Gollem's. Definately recommended.

"Ridiculous receptionist/racist"
I stayed at your hotel and found the attitude of Nick the hotel receptionist to be utterly out of line and rude! Our first encounter he seemed to mention something derogatory about Pakistanis, I happen to have Pakistani relatives. He told us about his sexual exploits in your hotel rooms and showed us crude pictures. There was nothing professional about his attitude whatsoever! The rooms were ok! Our bedroom bin wasn't emptied, the towels not changed, and our loo roll not replenished. Not worth the money.

Cons: We went out and come back with our room open, nothing was missing but the hotel left our room open (how long i dont know)and someone had been decorating in there while we was staying, we come back and they had painted which was bad fumes due to health problems. they also took money out my bank without informing me and because it takes 2 weeks to go back in i was £68 down until i got back home

Cons: Our room was in the attic, it was cold and small. the tv did not work and the shower was a tricked. we complained at reception and they moved us to a nicer room the second night.

Pros: Room was very clean,facilities worked well. pleasant room all in all.
Cons: The room was very loud and we needed to buy earphones after the first night to get to sleep. noise from the road was great and the noise from the neighbouring rooms kept us up.

Pros: Well priced hotel, no amenities in the room, just a very basic room. cleaners cam at an appropriate time and changed beds and rubbish.
Cons: Was a bit far from the main city, hotle was made to sound better than it was.

Cons: Bit noisy at the main street end of the hotel. we'd booked two singles and ended up sharing a twin, which was a bit miserable, but they staff were very nice about it.
