The location was great; the staff were quite friendly and accommodating; they've done a good job keeping it fairly up to date with new carpets, fresh paint, etc...; good breakfast.
The windows did not close very well and so was rather drafty; some lightbulbs did not work, but wasn't a big problem.Anonymous

Location was good and the member of staff who greated us was welcomingWe had an early morning flight home and hotel would not bend on breakfast times, also the dining area shut at 9pm, this was ok but noo drinking facilities in room i.e kettle. also th eremaining members off staff where abrupt and not very approachable of friendlyAnonymous

Friendly staff good location nice balcony pretty good breakfast. Joint smoke in stairs most of the time seaping in to rooms horrible, had to keep window open despite cold, smelly toilet, not the cleanest though better than some. Anonymous

From the minute i walked through the front door until i checked out everything was perfect, the staff were the nicest people you could possibly meet, always a smile and a hello. the whole atmosphere was relaxed. i left a very expensive watch in the shower and a member of staff found it and handed it in straight away. the mini fridge is also an excellent idea, i will definatly be staying there again.

The location is good, near the prinsengratch and many nice streets with restos and bars.The breakfast (you have to like muffins!), the staff (they always seem too busy to smile or just say good morning or hi!), the price...much too expensive for the service we get.during this trip, we have stayed in much more nicer hotels and they cost a lot less...Chubb

The staff were fine and friendly. i was offered a free soft drink on arrivalThe description of the room did not fit it even when i was stood inside. it was small cramped and no way big enough for two. i was barely so for one. directions were useless and didn't mention the only entrance was one small door. so i walked past it twice. no one mentioned the stairs. two flights of the steepest stairs you will ever seeAnonymous

Friendly staff, good location very near dam square, wifi internet connection worked wellIt didn't really annoy me, but there is a massive flight of stairs that you have to go up to get to the reception and then even steeper stairs to get to the rooms. if an old person was staying this could be a major issueWilson

Location is spot on, 3 min walk from dam square. we didnt need assistance from staff but they are very friendly. breakfast bit basic but it is what we expected. clean room, fresh towels daily.No tea coffee making facilities in room. this would be my only negative if you can call it one!Anonymous

It was great to have a balcony and the staff were really friendly and helpful.We were on the top floor and the hot water ran out twice during our 2 night stay. we had to use the shower in the hall on the floor below. not a major problem, but a bit disappointing as we had booked a deluxe room.Anonymous
