Very central location & helpfull staff, safe in room and good facilities, 4 bedroom was quite spacious! good selection at breakfast
Towels in room were not changed for the 4 nights we stayed there
cupboard had an extra door which fell on top of me since it wasn't attached to the cupboard?!?
the safe in the room worked, but wasn't attached to the ground and i was able to lift it up!
people who had stayed in to room before had drawn on the walls (looked to be were a picture was hung at one stage)
breakfast was generally a good selection but the milk was warm for some reason hmmmmmmm! Anonymous

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from central station and 5 minutes walk from red light district and perhaps 1 minute from the main shopping street. basic hotel, but offers value for money. excellent for someone more concerned with visiting amsterdam and spending their money in the city rather than the hotel.NoneRhodes

There is now 24 hour reception. the room security system was very good - essential given the siting above a restaurant Breakfast was a bit basic! no rolls, only bread and no option for cooked breakfast altho' it was offered to the public.Anonymous

I was checking out the hotel at 6.15am and asked the staff whether it is possible for me to have my breakfast before i go as i need to travel to eindhoven. without second word, he went to the kitchen and start to get the stuff ready, which i am very impressed!Some other invidudal staff was not so friendly, espicially the counter staff.Anonymous

The staff were friendly.The hotel looks nothing at all like the pictures on the website, its dirty, stains on the carpet, theres a strange smell. the en-suite shower head was broken, no lock on the bathroom door. key card rarely worked.Britten
