Pros: The staff were excellent. friendly, helpful & they did everything to make our stay a good one. having a small baby they managed to supply a microwave, low bed & a list of other requests that were all waiting for us when we arrived.
Cons: The rooms are big & spacious, however the housekeeping was not up to the standard compared to other 5star hotels.

Pros: I travel frequently. this hotel provides one of the very best experiences. room, service, food and location are all excellent. most impressive is the happy, polite helpful staff, genuin hospitality that is rare to be found in the industry.
Cons: The check-in staff gave us a wrong room but quickly compensated us with champagne and uppgrading.

Cons: Although our ('superior') room was spacious, it was very 'dated'. it had no view though we were offered a room with a canal view for a further euro 50 per night. the hotel was hosting a wedding on the saturday of our stay, our first floor room was literally 'shaking' to the music until 1.00 am.
