The staffs are very friendly and helpful, and near to tram and bus station.
Very steep staircase, and its very noisy coz of the thin partition.

Please can you tell me why i have been charged £193-35 on my credit card when i booked the twin room hot deal it said if booked now it was non refundable and would be charged immediately at that price of £168-25 so why the huge differance • also i wish to make a complaint i asked for a low floor due to my torn shoulder ligament and we were put on the top floor when stuart told us it wasn’t the top floor we dragged cases up there then back again to be put in room 50 which was so small for two friends maybe not too bad for a couple temporary then can move sunday to next floor up being single beds and more room when we tried to do this we were told it had been taken after stuart tried to call the manager he was conveniently not answering his phone then surprise he was back at the hotel he then showed me the room we were promised the previous day which was a lot better and did fit the itinerary which was stated on the website, apart from the heating not working that evening a guy did come around and after my help as an engineer did get it working with an adjustable spanner as the valve was missing unfortunately he didn’t leave this with me so in the night it was so hot had to sleep on and off with the window open as i don’t carry my tools when i am on holiday the following day it was turned down but actually off so it was freezing again. the reception was said to be open 24hrs in the hotel which was not so it was across the road which is not nice in the middle of the night as the fire alarm went off at god knows what time this was on the sat night so more lack of sleep so i need a reply and explanation as to all this please

Location and staff are very good. museums and city centre are within walking distance. staff helpful with advice about the city. breakfast simple but sufficient. good price/quality.

Great location and staff! the reception was very helpful and friendly. hotel is located near the nightlife centre (only 1 street away), but you won't hear it when you are in your room. for me it was perfect as i could go out during the evening and have a peaceful night rest :)
The rooms are a bit simple and the stairs are plentiful

Go there for the comedy factor...we had the giggles through out our entire stay...and the location is brilliant! did really enjoy the bench in front of the hotel...our little garden!
Well if you are used to some kind of standards you should reconsider this lil abode of hell! the staff was inexperienced or clueless...the rooms didnt get cleaned but at least there were no bugs or rats about. it was definitely a one of a kind experience...

The staff was really helpfull in helping me getting around. although the breakfast was a bit basic, but then again i got my reservation for a really good price! also i had a nice view from my room!
