The room was clean.
The hotel was old, beat up. poor beds, broken bathroom threshold. was billed as three-star, but i'd be generous and give it 1.5 stars. definitely not worth 99 eur. would not choose this hotel again.

Breakfast was great, the staff was nice and always helpful.
The room was pretty small and the bathroom as well. we tried to book again for the next week but the prices of the rooms had doubled.

The hotel wasn't too far from the city centre
The floor and the walls weren't really good. indeed, i could hear people walking in the corridor or talking in the room next to mine. also the corridor which leads to the lift and the lift didn't smell good at all. i thought this was a hostel and absolutely not a 3-star hotel. i wouldn't have paid €280 for this hotel... moreover, they was not main light in my room during all my stay at de looier. i would have expected the hotel to check the light before giving me the room but apparently it hasn't been done. regarding the staff, they should learn how to smile to customers
