breakfast was great and included in the price of the room!Room was on the 4th floor and street side...very busy street and noisey..next time would get a back room away from the street!Anonymous

Staff were generally helpful. secure front door and security box provided foc in room. breakfast continental but plenty to choose from.Although we asked for a small double it was sufficient for our needs as we wanted to be out and about exploring the city. if you want a room with space don't book a small double!! as hotel on tram/bus route it did tend to be noisy if on the front of the hotel.Garry
