The hotel was fine for a budget stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful,especially trying to seat everybody for a busy sunday breakfast. the bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. the room was very small, but functional.The carpet was not clean, and the tv remote control was so dirty, i didn't touch it. the room was at the front, and the traffic noise was very bad, and i needed my earplugs to sleep.Anonymous

The hotel is very central...easy to walk to restaurants and shops.The room was not properly cleaned for our arrival...had to walk a long while and even then the room had alot of dust and the beds were not very comfortable...the room was alot not as advertised...the hotel did not have the room sizr that was advertised and booked for our stay... furnishing need to be more modern for the style that is being advertised...Dee

No tea or coffee available in room. laminate floors. neon hotel sign attached to window. no sleep for 4 nights as the tram passes feet from bedroom window. bars, cafe's and nightlife literally opposite. this room cost in excess of 100 euros a night[although they were openly advertising the same room for 65! the exchange rate was 1 eoro to the pound so £115 for a crap hotel was a rip off. The location was great, and the hotel staff were happy to help with any questions. good breakfast included. i had read quite a few bad reviews on this hotel but it isnt as bad as its made out to be. its a basic hotel, no more, no less.The double rooms are very small but the website informed us of this, and it didnt worry us. the street was fairly noisy on saturday night but other nights were fine.Anonymous
