A very convienent quiet central location 150 yards from the old and blue bridges. helpful staff.
The tea and coffee facilities in the room did not exist. hotel explained this is because the website copied the details from an old entry and do not veerify anything. however they gave us hot water and cups so we could make our own breakfast and avoid the outrageous e10 cost. the beds were new but rock hard and uncomfortable. decor is new and clean; not bad but looks better in the photo than it really is.

The decor and cleanliness of the room was very good.
There was no tv in the room, hair dryer or tea and coffee making facilities which is nearly always standard. this let the hotel down.

They were renovating so the info on the web didn't match what was offered in the rooms. there was no tv, coffee/tea maker, phone or safebox. so you may want to call and see if the room you want to reserve has been completely renovated. i was there the first weekend of april, 2009

The invoice said breakfast included in price however upon arrival we were told we had to pay 10 euros extra per day. i was extremely angry but had to accept as all other places were booked.
