 "Faulty towers"
Staff are nice but the room is very cluttered smelly and stained plus breakfast isn't great no choice of what to have

 "Horrible experience, don't stay here, you"ll find something good for the same money value"
This was a horrible experience. The reception/kebab place/cafeteria pretty much warned us about the hotel, but we didn' take it! After a long wait to check in, at our arrival the room wasn't ready, and they didn't have a storage room, so we have to wait for two hours with our luggage. Then, they showed our room which wasn't cleaned yet and it was DISGUSTING, but we had payed by then, so there was no backing up. There is no elevator, and the stairs are narrow and crumbling,very dangerous! By the time we came back our room was 'cleaned' but it was still disgusting, we didn't want to touch anything.The room included breakfast, but theyserve it only from 9 to 11am, who does that? Of course, since we have to leave at 7, we couldn' have it, eventhough the manager was in the cafe by that time, and clearly there was some of the food he said the breakfast included. And at the end we paid a deposit (a hotel policy) for the key, andthe woman that receive the deposit argued we didn't pay, and they didn't want to give our money back!It was a horrible experience, it wasn't that cheap, I'm sure you can find better things for the same money value!

 "Horrible"
Very high priced for the kind of room n service they offer. The room was so small had no natural light.. Even the room was so small it was filled with crappy unnecessary furniture. There was a writing desk infront of the wash basin... So tht was useless. The wardrobe was kept infront of the bed so it didn't open..there was another one which didnt have a door so cud hav been used but it didn't have a rail. The linen wasn't changed for 3 days. The common shower head didn't have a diffuser n the shower room didn't have a lock. They charged 80 euro per night for this...

 "This hotel is very well located, just 5 minutes from the main train station"
Pros: This hotel is very well located, just 5 minutes from the main train station. the hotel staff were pretty nice and the price good for the location.
Cons: The room was a bit too small. it was supposed to be a quadruple room but we got 3 beds + a mattress on a floor.

Pros: I did not know what to expect, that was our first stay in amsterdam, had no idea about accomodations, prices and so on. this hotel was nice, comfortable, clean and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. there's nothing to complain about really.

Pros: The staff were great - emid (manager) & lizbette (room service) were very helpful and attentive everyday - they made our stay & visit even better. the hotel and room weren't five star but we weren't expecting that and it was okay for amsterdam. the location very close to the central station was fantastic. the coffee & breakfast every morning was excellent and helped for each day of sightseeing! was clean with no bugs and no mice like other places - would definitely recommend. please note we were offered a choice of rooms upon check-in and took a back room not facing the street/traffic - we think this was a wise choice as it was a quiet room (but with no view).
Cons: These are somewhat minor but worth mentioning: the room had a broken window which really should be fixed as it's unsafe and leaves the room unsecured; excess furniture in the rooms could be removed; and it would be nice if the fluorescent strip light was replaced by lighting a little less harsh. the room was only for sleeping so these things didn't really bother us.

Pros: -hotel staffs are very nice.
-the location is really easy to find
-the breakfast is good
Cons: -hotel staff doesn't know very well the facility. eg how the guest can borrow the hair dryer.
-the room had bad smell & no daily room service (cleaning, change the towel or sheet) (i stayed 3 nights)
-the tv signal is bad. hardly watch tv.
-no internet in the room.
-each floor has the share bathroom. the one in our floor couldn't be used.
