The hotel was really warm and cozy, and the continental breakfast was excellent. would definatly stay at this hotel again.
The only negative thing was the location of the hotel from the centre of town, it wasn't so bad during the day, but after going out for a meal and drinks in town at night it was bit of a trek back to the hotel.Anonymous

Staff is very helpful and friendly. room is very clean.In my room i could hear a horrible noise every time when someone was flushing the toilet. it doesn't make much sense during the day, but is annoying overnight.Anonymous

Good prices, friendly staff. good value for people travelling on a limited budget, but not wanting dorms.Small basic rooms, but reasonable for the price. very steep staircases. some smells came up from the drain of my shower, but putting the sink plug in the drain fixed that annoyance.Anonymous

Good location. Manager very unhelpful & rude. hotel generally very crummy but it was cheap & i guess you get what you pay for although i have stayed at of budget amsterdam hotels in the past and this was the worst yet. would not recommend.Anonymous
