Able to leave bags in a secure location on the day we checked out. lots of discount vouchers for different attractions. nice simple breakfast delivered to the room (so long as you organise it the day before). don't worry about what everyone else says about the stairs, yes they're steep but it's the same anywhere you go in amsterdam, and these ones felt sturdy and safe.

The staff were nice and carried our huge bag up the steep stairs.. incredible location right next to rembrandtplein. they have wireless internet all through the hotel rooms. the rooms were clean. i would stay at this hotel next time im in amsterdam mainly coz of the excellent location and the clean rooms.
The hotel had 2 problems. first there is a bar next to the hotel so if u r a light sleeper this might be a problem coz it gets noisy at night. i personally had no problem sleeping :) the other thing is the breakfast they serve it in ur room between 8:30 and 10 but u have to specify the time the night before otherwise they wont bring u anything.. the guy who was there when we checked in didnt tell us so we ended up missing it. the service is not very professional but still ok for its location and price.

The hotel was misleading as you checked in in one building which was of a certain standard and then was led to another building of very poor standards.

All the staff were very nice and hotel position was just behind rembrandt square so plenty of bars around.it was also very nice to have breakfast brought to your room.
The hotel is over a bar and would be good to advise potential customers that there is loud music until the early hours of the morning.main hotel was nice but a bit disappointed with room.

Excellent, friendly staff. very pleasent and helpful throughout our stay. great location.
In all fairness i cannot comment on the rest of the hotel. luckily we were only interested in a place to get our head down for the night. if our needs had been anythinhg other than that we would have been dissapointed with the room.
