Our only one positive experience about the hotel is the location.
The room was horrible. the wallpaper was realy dirty,+ peeled off from the wall. the bathroom was disgusting. everywhere was mould in the bathroom. the bathroom's door was rotten, and some of tile came off. so i've got just negative experiences. palmer

found a rat in my room!!!!!!!! the bathroom and the toilet were very dirty. no elevator. i don´t recommend this hotel at all. stay away, bee aware, hell no we won´t go.

The staff was very helpful.The rooms are beyond small, i've been to europe multiple times and know they can be, but this was bad. the bathroom and shower across the hall wasn't bad, but the amount of mold growing in the corners of the shower is out of control.we were in ams for only 1 day so the hotel fit our need, but it would definitely be more towards the hostel type crowd or young partiers on a budget.Anonymous

My room was at the back of the hotel upstairs so it was fairly quiet.
they allowed me to check in half an hour early so i could take a nap (long jouurney plus strong weed!)
it was cheap.The toilet/shower room was the worst i've ever been in. there was poo smeared up the cubicle wall and on the floor.
the shower was older than i am!
there were some "brown stains" sprayed up the wall in the room.
the curtain was too small for the window.
wallpaper falling off the walls.
extremely dangerous - the socket for the tv plug was 2 inches
away from the sink! the power lead to the tv was also taped together in the middle. the remote control did not work.

The location of the hotel was very central so it was very convenient to get around in amsterdam.The shared bathroom were rather dirty and the staff was unable to keep the other hotel guests quiet at 3 am in the morning.Anonymous

The staff was great and helpfulThe rooms are just that, only a room big enough for a bed which was terrible and uncomfortable. the stairs are barley big enough to walk up or down and don't think about bringing luggage you might have to lug up stairs. the location is great and so very near the train station but the value for the money just isn't there.
