How to reach the Hotel Paganini?By public transport, from Schiphol Airport: Every 20 minutes there is a train running from the airport to Amsterdam Central Station. When you arrive at the airport and you reach the central hall there is a big sign with the train information. The trains to the central station are running from 05:40 AM to 00:30 AM. The costs are approximately EUR 3,00 per person (single fare) and the travelling time is approximately 20 minutes (go to the next step).
By public transport, from Amsterdam Central Station: You can take tram n. 16, 24 or 25 from the square in front of the station to stop 'Stadhouderskade/Ferdinand Bolstraat' at the Heineken museum. From there you can walk to the hotel in approximately 1 minute. The trams in Amsterdam are normally running from 07:00 AM to 01:00 AM. The travelling time is approximately 10 minutes from the central station.
By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Hotel Paganini. The costs from Schiphol Airport are around EUR 40,00 and from Amsterdam Central Station the costs are around EUR 15,00.

The showers are clean and goodWhen we arrived at this hotel we were told we were staying in another hotel which we hadn't booked with.rooms were tiny, you have to pay for your coffee at breakfast(which is very basic,) and staff are quite rude.Anonymous

Little more that a travelers hostel , would not reccomend it to any one other than young fit people as the internal stair well is extremely steep , winding and dangerous . room had no veiw of canals as advertised , facilities very basic but clean.Anonymous

Great staff, they help us with dealing in italian with the airline alitalia ,this is the worst airline custumer service and lost my girlfrineds baggage and only responded for $150 of her expenses,The worst airline is alitaliaAnonymous

The staff are very helpfull,we complained about the size of our room twice we were moved..serjeo was very helpfullThe rooms were tiny,okay for singles but terrible for couple,they were also dirty,there was no safe the toilet extractor fan in both rooms did not work ,there were no dressers for our clothes so they had to stay put in our cases,the hotel is okay for teenagers,but not for thirty yr olds our couples ..it was smelly noisy and very dirty..Anonymous

Breakfast was good and the location made it easy to walk into the centre. The bed was the worst bed i have ever slept in / i could lay on the bed and touch both walls / we stayed four nights and were woken every night by other guests / there is no reception so there was no one to tell these people to be a little less noisy / the room was not hoovered once in four days / the room had a window but this overlooked an interior staircase and didnt open anyway (we spent four days with the light on and had no idea of the weather outside) / also the hotel had just the one fire escape which may proove tricky if thats where the fire is!!!
