No extra charge for the bed bugsI am covered in bed bug bites and have been forced to go to great measures to ensure that none of the bed bugs have gotten into my luggage to come home with me. extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. i stayed in a hostel on my last trip to amsterdam, in the red light district, that had 100% better hygiene standards. gross hotel!Anonymous

Everything was good except bellboys. we never been unpolite or disrespectfull but htey treated us like we were small irresponsible children.Train your bell boys to show respect to the customers. especially one with the barb, he need to be fired. he clearly has problems. look for a fear replacement. it will make your hotel more attractive for cuctomers and improve the profits.BEERES

The hotel staff where friendly and the location was great near to all the shops and sites would go back again A little nosie as the hotel is on a busy street but did not put me off HARDING

Good location. very friendly helpful staff. very large clean room with great view over canal etc. we had a room on the third floor and found it to be very quiet. we noticed reviews before we went that said there was a lot of noise but we didn't notice it. lovely breakfast. we are freqent travellers to amsterdam and have tried many hotels.this in our opinion was great and we would stay there again.Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be nice.Robert Proctor

We had a very pleasant stay. the hotel was very centrally located and we were pleased with the accomodation, which was an apartment designed to sleep 4 people (there were only 2 of us). the bathroom was huge. the breakfast was also very good. i cannot fault the hotel in anyway whatsoever, and would definitely recommend to others seeking a reasonably priced hotel in the centre of amsterdam.No negatives whatseover.Anonymous

Excellent location. reasonable comfort and rate for price. bar was good with excellent service.I had specified "must be non-smoking room", it was evident that room had been used as a regular smoking room. breakfast was poor.Anonymous
