Hotel Seasons Amsterdam

Nothind negative to stay about hotel,maybe a little far out but good service with trams.

In our room were 2 single beds and i booked a double room with double bed.i brought my own shampoo which dissapeared after first day,our coffee cup was binned from the table as well.each time when we came for breakfast round 10am,the hot buffet was not heated and cold.

We found the 3 bed rooms, to be under sized and had difficulty storing our clothes in the 1 small wardrobe.

The staff was less than accomadating in a couple of circumstances. our flight was delayed and we had to arrive one day later, but we called ahead of time to save our room so we could check in immediately upon arrival, shower, and go straight to a business meeting. they agreed to do so but when we got there that morning, they had given away our hotel room anyway, and told us we had to wait until afternoon to check in. after much discussion they let us use a shower in a room right by the lobby which someone was painting, and which that person continued to paint with the door open even though we were trying to use it. they were still charging us for the first night anyway, too, even though they didn't hold our room. then, upon trying to leave the hotel, the person at the desk was less than accomodating in trying to help us arrange transport to the airport, and we really almost missed our flight due to the delay this caused us.

Mix up with return taxi to airport, 2 reception staff (not original guy)just looked at us blankly :(

Small room, overpriced vending machine

I originally booked three quad rooms,on arrival they only had one quad available and three double rooms.we were also overcharged approx forty euros per person and were nearly charged twice that amount had we not argued

Room was very small and the double bed just held two people..a bit cosy!

Only the beds were made when the room was cleaned.
