Thought this hotel was lovely good location and not to far out. rooms are lovely and comfortable, they are cleaned each morning by maids which is very good. great hotel!!!Anonymous

The rooms were very clean and the shower was great!!
There should be the facility to make a cup of tea/coffee in the roombates

The staff couldnt be more helpful and were genuinely friendly! i wish all the hotels i stayed in had such great customer service as ibis amsterdam!Rooms were a bit on the small side.....but still comfy though!Ford

Very clean hotel within easy walking distance to the main sights of amsterdam.The 24 hour bar was not open 24 hours and very expensive when it was open.James

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel is located approx 5-10 mins from central station, rooms are very clean.No tea and coffee making facilities in rooms. we booked a triple room which was basically a double room with an extra bed in, this made for very little floor space, therefore was rather dissapointed with the 'triple room'.
