Overall a really good hotel, and after the first day, i was excited about getting home and leaving a good review to show my gratitude.Everything is as you would expect for the price, the only drawback is that i had 50 euros stolen from my room and when i asked the manager, he didn't deal with it very well, and pretty much told me to cheer up.Other than that, a really great hotel for the value

Great location, unexpected large room with 2 windows overlooking canel, shared toilet and shower both VERY small but coped ok. Good sized breakfast, friendly but everything is a little kooky. The place is a rabbit warren, the door handles look like they are cominh off, and the owners entertaining

Very good services and helpful staffs. Stairs are very steep. So you have to be careful. But over all , It was good value to stay in this hotel for a budget traveler.

The hotel didn't know about my booking on easytobook.com. Maybe it was some misunderstanding, don't know.Fortunately, they found a room for me and my family... Everyone was very nice.

The room and bath was wonderfully clean and working, good showers, good beds and a good breakfast. And the location is just perfect, if you want to be near the center.We will certainly come back!

Breakfast in hotel was awful, bedding was clean however I was in a massive room with 5 other beds I lent on fire place and it started falling to bits the hotel needs seriously updating, but over all if u just want somewhere cheap to stay then it's ok owner is lovely and very helpful

When we arrived, the owner of the hotel reccomended us what to visit in Amsterdam and was very kind. We slept downstairs in a double room. The disadvantage of the room was that in the hall in front of the room were broken planks from the floor and it was quite noisy when someone walked around. The room was simple and clean. The toilet and shower were new and nice. We liked the breakfast very much.We could not choose a better location. The street was not noisy and it was right next to Leidseplein. A big supermarket was 5 min from the hotel and a bus stop(bus n. 197 from the airport) about 200 metres from the hotel.

Pros: Cheap hotel with good location, staff were nice enough and the breakfast wasnt too bad, definitely cannot grumble for the price.
Cons: Showers are literally a cupboard, i stayed an extra night and it was meant to be at the same rate however they charged me about 6 euros more which isnt really a big deal as this hotel is very cheap for amsterdam anyway. do not expect the ritz, this is more of a b&b than a hotel. the biggest let down for me however was the expensive wifi (10 euros per day) but i guess thats how they top up their earnings.

Pros: Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel is perfect for access to all forms of transport as well as being close to many bars, restaurants, shops and needless to say - coffee shops :)
Cons: There was only 1 toilet for the entire floor to use as well as only 1 shower which was located in what could only be described as a closet, in the centre of the main hallway. also had to wait quite a long time in the morning to get breakfast as the dining area was always full due to the small number of tables and chairs.

Pros: They provided very clear instructions how to reach them from the airport and were very helpful with helping us get to the train station. the accomodations were very basic but were clean and in a great location. the breakfast was basic but tasty and there was enough for everyone.
